About Us

BK Labour is a provider of skilled labour hire to contractors building significant commercial and civil infrastructure projects in Melbourne.

We have experienced significant growth over the years and now manage the business out of locations in Port Melbourne and Thomastown. The key to our success has always been our people.

We have strategically set out to ensure our staff members have a variety of skills, attributes and qualifications to ensure that we are able to match the staffing needs of our clients. We value honesty and integrity in all our dealings and we have invested heavily in workplace reporting software to ensure clear and concise reporting of staff allocations and hours to our clients.

​

We are focused on maintaining a highly skilled workforce capable of assisting in all facets of civil infrastructure construction. Recognising the volume of work occurring in the removal of Melbourne’s level crossings and the needs of our major clients, the majority of our staff hold Rail Industry Worker (RIW) accreditation and have completed the Metro Safely Work In the Rail Corridor course.
